You have chosen the circumstances of your present life and apparently OK with it (otherwise you would change it), why do you think your afterlife would be different?
Unbeknownst to big-brained scientists, they have condemned us all to an after-life. Matter and energy can neither be created nor destroyed, it just changes states. I’ve discovered that most people’s idea of the afterlife is not anything I would want to spend 5 minutes doing, let alone eternity.
