His dishwasher quit,….Again!
I miss “Chili My Soul” a restaurant in L.A. that served 30 kinds of chili, All delicious. Went out of business when the owner/chef died unexpectedly :-(
This is why I own two cast iron Dutch ovens. One is always available for deep frying or chili.
