Wow… at least he had shelves…. I’m impressed.

He can probably pick it all up and start over… though it may take some time to put everything back in order.

    Not like my brain….

I do try to keep the light on…..

Cos otherwise I’d trip on all the boxes I haven’t looked into since about 1983….

and the piles of unsorted books… pictures, clothes, Legos….. collectible stuff I just have to keep…. all in a big heap.

    Facts and memories jumbled together.

    And Alistair has no cobwebs!

How does he keep away the cobwebs?

    Mine drive me crazy!

That chicken is upset because Cleo didn’t do anything about the cat up the street that just ate her eggs.

My shelf has been slipping for years.

I learned long ago that I am not going to win many arguments – especially with my First Maite !

No matter how carefully constructed my premise, no matter how artful and erudite my polemic, no matter how forceful my argument and dramatic my presentation, ….. at the end of the day, she’s always right !

    Even if I win, I lose….

If you bolt your bookcase to the wall and use piano wire to hold your books in place; will you become set in your ways and rigid in your thinking?
