Years ago incarcerated members of the Mafia would get the comforts of home in their cells. Of course they paid a pretty penny for it to corrupt guards and wardens. I wonder if this generation of criminals will be able to afford the same.
Given the current record of Congressional accomplishment, one major piece of legislation benefiting only themselves and the super-rich, I’d almost think any prison reform will go the way of health care reform; id est nowhere.

With so many of them going away, the RNC is probably going to build a Pablo Escobar style prison especially for Republican convicts!
