A movement isn’t defined by the people leading it, it is defined by the message behind it. Individuals are flawed, and some are hypocrites. That doesn’t change the value of the core message one way or another.
Surely I’m not the only man who sees the Argento incident as a fulfillment of my high school fantasies. I wouldn’t want to be on the jury trying that case. It’d be hard to come to an objective verdict.
