Oh, please! There’s two major issues with this. First, the Democratic leadership has no more interest in impeaching Trump than they did W. Second, even if the “Blue Wave” comes to fruition, the establishment Democrats will lose any gains in 2020, just as they did under Clinton and Obama. It’s a cycle that’s probably gone on since before I was born.

Voters get fed up with the Republican leadership. The Democrats win the next election. The Democratic leadership allows the Republicans to walk all over them, thus insuring the two parties’ mutual donors remain appeased. Voters get fed up with the lack of change, and the Republicans win the next election. Wash, rinse, repeat ad infinitum.

The Republicans are worried that if the Democrats do well in the mid-term elections, then there will be a conservative party in power. That’s the last thing they want. Republicans are fully committed to “bat guano crazy” and will not return to conservative politics.

I think many people think impeachment means ‘dump the jerk’, not the actual process.

I’ve been saying recently to look out for Trump and his cronies to start dropping hints about postponing the mid-term elections to avoid the coming blue wave. The first hint was dropped yesterday, when Trump tweeted that the Mueller investigation poses a threat to a fair election in November. Hang on to your hats, folks. It’s coming.

More crazy talk from the mentally ill trump. The state’s control their elections and no, they won’t be postponed.

Given trump’s mental illness and the regressive lickspittles in Congress, it is incr important that our states, counties, cities and towns all have their own governments.

Republicans believe in government and spending your money when they are in charge.

they want to destroy government and play “ethical” when the Democrats are in charge, and when they are in charge.

The Republicans want to impeach Hillary and prosecute her for not breaking the law, which she did not do by mishandling classified information and influence peddling as the exhaustive investigations have shown.

Your American Democracy is very much like a house with termites. If the problem is small, you can save it with prompt action. However, if the infestation is widespread, the only treatment is to burn down the house. You are coming close to the point where your democracy cannot be saved. Bold action is needed, now.

@MOEGHANDI: I’m afraid it’s too late. We’ll soon be at war with Iran, and then we’ll be gone…
