The truly interesting thing about this whole ‘mess’ is that Donnie has Not comported himself as a “Mob Boss” – he is, rather the bumbling, inept small-time crook that has a heartfelt desire to be a organized crime kingpin, but has no clue as to how to go about becoming one – so he decides to watch an instructional movie but, instead of “The Godfather”, he chooses a movie more his speed, “the Apple Dumpling Gang”.
Donald John Trump fancies himself as a “Marlon Brando” type, whereas he is actually MUCH closer to a “Tim Conway” character (with apologies to Mr. Conway).
Donnie has built hi reputation and such wealth as he’s managed to acquire by consorting with the less savory elements on a global basis – he has allowed himself and his businesses to be used by various criminal elements to “launder” their ill-gotten gains while adopting an “I see nothing! I hear nothing! I know nothing!” stance that would warm John Banner’s “Sargent Schultz” no end!
