Who’s “we”?

C’mon girl. The man told it to you straight. You just reached some unwarranted conclusions based on what you hoped for. Throw the old guy a bone, and spend the day with him. Then say goodbye.

You didn’t tell her it was a 30" boot and not a 30 foot.

I friend of mine posted a picture of a miniature XKE Jaguar on Facebook; saying her husband finally bought her dream car. It looked so real, everyone was complimenting about how cool the car looked.

Not only did he lie about the size of his boat, he made ME row!

Yeah, and they can go for a ride on his ‘bike’.

Later we’ll take my ’vette for a spin, you like Hot Wheels?

Hey, that ain’t a cheap hobby, maybe she can redirect some of those funds.

What we have here is a man who does not feel the need to compensate for shortcomings elsewhere.
