I live in Western Oregon, haven’t seen the sky much less the stars in week or two. Just grey cloud cover with rain/snow mix included. Although the Sun does poke through for a few minutes now and then.
Maybe put the stinky bag of garbage in the can, then enjoy to moment.
It doesn’t charge, but it will keep trying to kill you until it gets it right.
