I won’t go on a team that insults John McCain, mocks the disabled, hates education, does not respect science, has some very nice Nazis, is racist to the core (birther bs, anyone?), celebrates divisiveness, cheats, lies, and is led by a deeply ignorant, traitorous, mentally ill man-child with ADD. Nope. Not my cup of tea.
We can all get along – 90% of us want better back ground checks on gun sales. 81% of us want a bill to save the DREAMers 73% support “allowing people who illegally immigrated when they were children to automatically become U.S. citizens, as long as they don’t have a criminal record." 74% agree “the country should do whatever it takes to protect the environment.” And 72% agree “that given the amount of greenhouse gases that it produces, the United States should take aggressive action to slow global warming.”
We also agree something must be done – but we do not agree what should be done on Terrorism and national security, the economy, employment and jobs and Healthcare and the ACA.
This appeal for unity would mean more if the strip didn’t continue to take cheap shots like mocking Nancy Pelosi’s appearance (rather than her views). I got my fill of this uncomic strip years ago in the Akron Beacon Journal.

But then what could you expect from someone born in Kenya, who manufactured Obama Death Panels, created ISIS, tripled the deficit, and IS COMING TO TAKE YOUR GUNS!?
BTW Scott, a significant amount of that screaming is being done by Russian trolls — so Alec Baldwin better get ready for some more presidential attacks.
