I was aiming at Fink, who would be unlikely to tip anyone extra when he skimps on almost everything.
Definitely did not intend diatribes against a long accepted tradition of signifying appreciation for and approval of one’s servers. They put in long hours and they also put up with harassment from both patrons and bosses. It’s a really tough job and I admire them.
