The only time I watch football is when I have nothing else to do; at all. Even breathe. I don’t even get it. Are we supposed to hate Patriots? Why? Nothing else to do?
I have no interest in sports, but I do have in relation to business, how local taxes go to help sports organizations the city should own. Otherwise they will move away. Why the Green Bay Packers will never do so. Ever. Politics of big money, corruption, sports injuries all play into it that interests me. But sports teams as role models? Not a chance anymore than “sports heroes” is meaningless.
I’ve heard the Eagles fans were “less than cordial” to Vikings fans last week. They should have had the foresight to realize the Super Bowl is being held… in Minnesota. How do they think they will be treated when they get there?

The Patriots/Eagles Superbowl is why Minnesota should have built an open dome stadium.

The biggest question is who will kneel – once the game starts it’s really all over.

I don’t understand. I thought that all right thinking people loved the Patriots. You mean it’s actually possible to dislike them?

The only times that I root for New England or Dallas is when they’re playing against the Iggles.
