Soup and sandwiches? Maybe Hobbes is teaching Calvin how to act like tiger in a nursing home.

Funny, aren’t tigers bad climbers in real life due to their size?

Climbing a tree and enjoying the view can make you hungry.

Of course, everything tigers know are instincts that can’t be taught!

It’s disappointing when you discover that your heroes are not who you thought they were.

Being a tiger is not just glitter, gold, and glam, Calvin—-and neither is anything else!

Tigers are very practical. Eat what’s available until something better comes along.

Hobbes has demonstrated how patience pays off in hunting.

I know I keep repeating myself, but I love the imagination of Calvin and his stuffed tiger Hobbes. And if I was Calvin’s mom, I’d fix some tuna sandwiches and take it out to him and Hobbes. And chuckle all the way back to the house.
