You can never tell whether a man is going to be a figurehead or a leader when you nominate and elect him for President.

If he understands that he is the chief executive of the greatest country in the history of the world and if he want to exercise that prerogative, he can run the government. If he doesn’t, he can’t.

    Harry S. Truman

And Trump still thinks he’s either a rodeo clown, or fake reality TV host.

When I read that tweet I kept thinking I heard a Down’s Syndrome inflection in his voice. A friend of mine has a little brother born with it who structures sentences in the same manner as Trump.

A “really smart, stable genius” who can’t even remember the words to the National Anthem AFTER he’s been throwing a tantrum about it for the last 6 months!

Those quotes as interpreted by Dump: - The constitution is the guide which I will abandon and defile every day. - With malice towards all, with charity for none. - The only things we need to fear are immigrants, scientists, newspapers with real journalists, and the rule of law. - Ask not what you can do for your country…- America was and is no longer, a shining city on a hill. - I’m like, really smart. Believe me!

To be fair, those historical quotes could have included “I am not a crook” and “I did not have sex with that woman.” Still, Trump is an aberration.

Forgot which commenter said it yesterday, but I’ll repeat it. Trump is a stable genius because he is a horse’s behind.

I cannot figure out why Reagan is in the picture, he was almost as bad as Trump. But at least he could follow his director’s instructions.
