A few days ago with sacks of groceries in each hand, I tripped over the last porch step and did an Andy Capp face plant at my front door. Scraped forehead, gashed elbow, and a knee that looks like an over-ripe grapefruit. Today’s my 74th birthday, so maybe I should treat myself to one of those “Help! I’ve fallen and I can’t get up!” services. :(
