I believe that comic is one of him trying too hard. :)

This strip made me smile a bit, Once again Nate’s ego is growing even bigger than ever. The joke should be : Nate is unaware of how dumb/egotistical he is and has the ideology of him being amazing and talented (He still is talented in drawing I guess), no offense to Nate.

This arc has been one giant roller coaster so far. It started off kind of promising, became extremely cliche and disappointing, then it started to look slightly interesting, and seemed like we might even get some actual character development, and now we’ve had 3 days in a row of Nate stroking his own ego and absolutely no point to the whole thing. I hope Mr.Peirce can turn this around before it becomes another 2 week long disappointment

It would have to be animated, I don’t think Nate’s hairstyle would translate well to a live-action format.

This was, in my opinion, the best strip from this story arc.
