    People do not obey speed limit signs, so radar is used to apprehend violators.

    People do not obey gun free zone signs, so we wait until something evil happens and then send flowers along with thoughts and prayers?

    Too bad we don’t have legislators who respect their constituents enough to enforce the existing laws.
