I made about a gallon of sauerkraut last year for the lady I was care giving, and her morning caregiver, of another ethnic persuasion, thought it had rotted and threw about 3.5 quarts of freshly-made sauerkraut in the trash.
Sauerkraut yes, kimchi no.
But, their sinuses are clear now
It goes great with lutefisk, Brussels sprouts and Limburger cheese.
You can’t give them a piece of your mind. There’s none left.
