What cautions would there be when going on an escalator to the afterlife up above?

Talk about slipping through the cracks!

We let them put up some signs and warning labels. Keeps them busy and outta mischief.

They gotta sue the devil

Apparently it’s possible, even there, to walk UP the ‘down’ escalator…(and why aren’t they called ‘de-escalators’?)

One overriding question. How?

My religious training indicated that, in order to achieve ‘heaven’, one must always tell the truth and NEVER tell a lie. One of the FIRST things a lawyer is taught in law school is that “truth” is relative. If you look for synonyms for lying (sometimes referred to as “euphemisms”), you will find a goodly number of them; understand that a most of them were ‘invented’ to describe what lawyers do, and were, in fact developed to describe what lawyers and politicians do without having to call them ‘liars’! This was way back in the old days (BDT – Before Donald Trump) when politeness still counted and good manners were still valued!

If that’s the case, then you’re much better off with the escalator going the opposite direction..

If there are lawyers there, it’s not heaven anyway.

This reminds me of that Christmas American Dad episode.

Well that stinks!
