Kicking the cans back to where they belonged in the first place . . . wanna see how really lame Congress has been just see everything that they HAVEN’T done in the last decade or so. No wonder Obama got frustrated and started governing by fiat.

Now, when Obama was President, he had to deal with the Republicans in "Con"gress, like Yertle “Our FIRST PRIORITY is to be sure Obama is a one-term President” McConshell, so it was hard to get anything done. NOW, they have the “president” they wanted, along with the House and Senate, and they STILL CAN’T get anything done! It sure sounds to me like the Republicans are UTTERLY INCOMPETENT! If Americans REALLY want a government that WORKS, and actually CARES about them, Vote Democratic in 2018, 2020, and 2022.

While I agree with the Master…., just as the Repubs are incompetent, so is a large part of the electorate. Look at who they voted into the presidency.

Preacherman, look at who gets elected by conservatives, Inhofe, Gohmert, Lankford,etc, etc, etc…..

It would be more proper if Trump became the president of the United States instead of just the much easier “president of the loyal Trump supporters”. This is in my mind a very bizarre interpretation of the US Constitution and completely undermines it. The founders were well aware of the negatives in a democracy and warned about the influences of wealth and political parties. The public suffers because of the perceived “rightness” of one ideology and the perceived “wrongness” of the “other” ideology and the only unity is in preventing any other ideology being heard by the public. With deadlocked congresses and a precedent for using executive orders a very “strangely informed, educated and opinionated” president follows suit.

Republicans are totally insane.

What an absurd idea. Every one of the named items is absolutely the responsibility of Congress. Even the Iran deal. Trump has done all he can under the law passed by Congress.

Some people really know the party lines.

Frankly ALL of these issues should be handled by Congress. That’s the way the US government was designed to work.
