My sister and b-I-l celebrate both. For several years, my niece would sing “Happy Birthday” each night when they lit the candle. Also they have a menorah ornament on their Christmas tree.
Except that the Christian reason of the season doesn’t exist for Jews. Though there are hybrids of both which negates Judaism.
One of my patients said he celebrates both (mixed marriage) with a Hanukkah bush.
