Cops are paid to take those risks. That’s we give these pussies badges, guns and body armor. Their job is to take a bullet for us. Cops are just bullies and cowards.

“Guy was like 30 feet away, and I thought he had a gun”. “Yea, that Pepsi looks a lot like a gun”.

It’s a wonder the black guy in the cartoon had a knife. Others have been killed while being 30 or so feet away and being unarmed, just black.

When your only tool is a hammer every problem becomes a nail. The police unions provide every member with a series of “stock answers” to use to justify use of deadly force. And since almost all police officers spend time in the military first imagine how they solve problems there.

Police officers are #7 on the top ten list. Maybe we need to do a bit more vetting of who gets into the profession. My BIL was a motorcycle officer, and he had some stories of colleagues who should NEVER have been on the force.

And then there was the deaf man killed in Oklahoma a few days ago. All the neighbors were shouting to the cops that he was deaf and couldn’t understand what the cops were shouting at him. They claimed he had a metal pipe in his hand. The neighbors said it was a cane. But he’s dead now. Having deaf and severely hearing-impaired relatives, this scares the h-ll out of me.

Obviously he was guilty of not being a rich white man or a white cop – both are executable offenses in the U$.

A police officer should NEVER have to endanger his life just to give an assailant a fair shot at killing him. An assailant can cover 21 feet in 1.5 seconds. Even if an officer has his gun drawn ready to fire that doesn’t mean that the assailant can’t reach him and stab him.

Lefties wouldn’t be happy if a police officer waited until they were stabbed to fire, because their innate emotional response is to ALWAYS side with criminals — because they identify with them. They don’t care about the rule of law, except when they can use it against their opponents. So they’ll riot and loot because a criminal with a long history of crime gets killed disobeying/resisting police officers because they side with the criminals. And when criminals kill innocent folks in their very own communities they remain silent because they side with the criminals.

Why does every cop have to shoot to kill? Ever heard of a warning shot….

If a guy has a knife doesn’t it make sense to shoot him before he gets close enough to hurt you with it?

Those black guys can easily throw a knife 30 feet.. whites can’t so they are no threat. True fact.

It is, indeed, established fact that a person with a drawn knife can generally move 21 – 24 feet in the time it takes someone to draw their gun from the holster and fire. Everyone from your average law enforcement body to the Mythbusters themselves have established this. 30 feet isn’t that much further out when you get down to it.

Yes, that’s why they should get their gun out. But once the gun is out and pointed they don’t have to fire it until the person is much closer – or posing a danger to someone else.

Headline: “Police Shoot Man With Knife”

Is that easier than stabbing him with a revolver?
