This reminds me of my least favorite John Lennon song, “Imagine … no possessions…” Every morning would start like this strip. Imagine trying to find shoes that fit, and wearing someone else’s used undies, and what about sports gear, spectacles and spouses?
Why is Opus shaving a peach in the bathtub (and don’t give me any “where else would he shave it,” either)? The most believable answer, if any, will win…my gratitude.

I could be wrong, but I believe a nectarine is a cross between a peach and a plum.
