    Good morning Vagabonds

The first below freezing temps of the season this morning at 29 degrees. I wonder when it’s going to cold?

Slow day ahead, nothing happening to speak of. So to all Vagabond have an easy day.

    Good morning, Vagabonds,

The fire alarm battery in my bedroom started chirping every 3 minutes at 4:53 a.m.! UGH! So I got up, and laid back down in my recliner until Jack woke up. These things are marvelous tools, however, when I normally sleep until 7:45 to 8:30…………….(grumble, grumble)

We dragged out the DVD set for “Centennial” and started that last night. That is a wonderful saga. Since the episodes are quite long, this will take us a month to watch I am sure.

The tiny crescent moon just arose. Dawn has cracked, and my coffee is ready. Life is good!

    Happy Trails.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Rita, when we were in Nevada, we usually arose around 6:30. Since we’ve been on the road, it’s been 7:30 or 8:00 every day, even when we were in CA. Sunrise has been around 7:30 here in Texas which seems so late to me.

It’s 45 degrees outside right now. The sun is up and shining brightly so hopefully it will warm up a bit. The forecast is for 77 but the overnight temp wasn’t supposed to get below 55.

We went for a drive yesterday afternoon toward San Antonio. There is nothing for roughly 17 miles between here and there. I just wanted to find a supermarket or Wal-mart for future reference. We stopped and had an early dinner at Schlotzsky’s. Michael remembered the name from New York so we thought it was worth a try. I had a bacon & cheese sandwich on a soft pretzel roll with avocado & tomato. It was hot and fabulous.

When it warms up later I plan to spend more time exploring the campground, probably on foot.

    Everyone have a blessed day.

    Good morning Vagabonds.

Was in the upper 40’s last night and is about 50 now. May make it to upper 50’s today, then warming up the rest of the week.

My son came down to do some cleaning up with the leaves and do some paint touch up when it gets warmer.

I’ll do some cleaning up in the basement and then go to the prayer meeting after supper.

    All have a good day.
