Why did we go to war with the Taliban only to negotiate with them? They harbor and foment terrorism, something we declared a war on….shouldn’t they be completely eradicated, so that the thousands of lives lost in the battle not be in vain?
I like how Obama keeps the troops over there after promising to withdraw (remember that?). He should have just done that, saving a few more thousand lives before this stupid negotiation process takes place which will ultimately make our presence pointless.
