Ah, the Good Old Days, when we had warm Decembers. How I miss those days! (One year I mowed the lawn on New Year’s Day. Don’t think I will be this year!!)

I mowed last Sunday. Tuesday it was 70+. Today it is in the 40s and predicted to stay there for the next week or more. I’m still picking tomatoes, but since it’s supposed to freeze soon, they’ll be gone. I’ll miss them, but I’m ready for the ragweed season to be OVER!

It only feels this way to me because I used to live in an area where snow in December is the norm. Now I live in an area where the weather conditions in this strip are a cold snap.
