Somehow or other, a cat that can think doesn’t mesh well with Phoebe’s world, which is quite ordinary (if you leave out the unicorns, goblins, candy dragons, magic, and so forth).

I love the cat’s thought.

Animals can be understood easily if you know their body language. They don’t need to talk to convey much.

Looks like the cat is floating in the second panel
