It appears to be much more insidious than this scenario. Trump doesn’t seem to be able to differintiate between a lucid dream and reality. Those consultations with Generals and Military experts were only a part of a dream fantasy. No one in the real world knows what he is talking about.
They spent $14 billion to pay for another aircraft carrier that won’t be seaworthy until 2020+, even though it just was launched. It has no proven jets launch system, and only helicopters have ever landed there. That’s proof we can’t afford any surgeries for trans sex pervs.
