I had heard that Arthur was thinking of getting into the restaurant business. So I’m not surprised that he’s researching options. And his method isn’t really all that surprising either when you consider Art’s long career with Ballard Industrial Design & Handicrafts Emporium. He is very accustomed to starting small, building models to scale and testing different approaches that way until he makes a final decision.
