    Good morning Vagabonds.

Going to start out good today and then we are supposed to have rain come in with scattered showers into Saturday. Temp is going to be in mid 80’s, just like yesterday.

I hope not as we are having a 60th birthday party for my daughter Karen on Sat. with the whole family plus some.

Going to take Barbara to the doctor so he can take his yearly look at her hip. Who knows how long that will take. Then we are going to do some shopping. How lucky can I get.

    Peace to all

Good morning, Vagabonds. I noticed my hands are shaking and a good friend of mine recently died of (senior moment: I can’t think of the name of the disease right now), so I made an appointment with a neurologist. His office is near the Bronx Zoo and the street (Fordham Rd) is divided by metal railings, which means I had to do a lot of walking to get to a crossing area. On top of that, I had to wait 3 hours before being seen even though I arrived an hour early. At least I got a thorough exam and was referred for further testing.

    Howdy Vagabonds

Might get wet at the fair today, but, it wouldn’t the first time I waited out a rain shower in one of the barns or Floral Hall. ( the main exhibit hall)

I’m wanting to see the 4×4 truck pull this evening, but the rain could spoil that (the fingers are crossed).

I hope you all have a “Fair” day too.

    Good Morning, Vagabonds,

Smoke lifted for a while yesterday, so we could breath outside to sit and view the heavens. So many stars! Didn’t see any meteors but we did see 5 satellites. 4 were in a north/south trajectory and 1 was in a west/east path. We waved as they went over.

    Everyone enjoy your excursions today.

    Happy Trails.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Rita, we waved at the space station as it went over, too.

Not much else to report. It got a bit warmer yesterday than we expected, about 85. It was still very nice because there was a cool light breeze to go along with it. I expect today will be more of the same.

I am pleased to report that I have lost several pounds since we have been doing this (we started on May 10). I suspect that it is because I don’t sit here and munch on snacks as much as I did in Henderson plus I have been getting out walking. I could stand to lose a bit more, but then couldn’t we all.

    Everyone have a blessed day.
