Bit of a foundation attachment problem? Out here in Ca, we found that it was rather important after the SF earthquake in 1906…and maybe a couple of minor ones after that.
Tony was having a garage sale, it wasn’t going so well so he decided to play a little basketball. His next door neighbor’s kid, Sylsvester came over for a game of “horse”. Well Sy is 6’6", and while only 13 doesn’t know his own strength. Look closely at the backboard and garage door and you will see the marks where he hit it with a ball. Thus sending the garage careening down the driveway.
Mrs. Higglepooder told me, she was watching from behind her curtains. Nothing much escapes Mrs. H.

Reminds me of Larson’s Crisis Clinic comic.

I think everybody would understand a bit better if the picture
were drawn looking straight up the Franklin’s driveway,
showing the new garage now installed up by their house.
The whole Elderberry and Elm Street chapter of the Ballard County Badminton and Bridge club came over on Friday,
to help them move this one down to the curb,
where it now sits.
It didn’t sell all weekend at their big garage sale….
maybe because they kept the foundation to re-use.
But as you can see, the sign is still out,
and I believe now would be the time to make any sort of reasonable offer.
Or even a very low one.
They’d like to be able to drive their car into the street.

Well, all I know is that it is not my garage. Not enough junk spilling out.

You’ve got it all wrong. what happened was:
Tony was having a garage sale, it wasn’t going so well so he decided to play a little basketball. His next door neighbor’s kid, Sylsvester came over for a game of “horse”. Well Sy is 6’6", and while only 13 doesn’t know his own strength. Look closely at the backboard and garage door and you will see the marks where he hit it with a ball.
