I once was before a judge (traffic court) who said he “would not tolerate a plea of ‘guilty with an explanation’ and the very next defendant offered that plea.”
I love Jim Ungers artistic talent! His characters are hilarious, and, even as exaggerated as they need to be, they remind you of real people!
