the obstructionist in chief likes to be praised publicly for all to see what a great king he is. While gun violence continues – is it great yet?

“Gentlemen, we’ve got to do SOMETHING to protect our Phony Baloney jobs!” “Harumpf” “Harumpf” “Harumpf”. “Wait a second, I didn’t get a “harumpf” out of that guy!" “H..Harumpf”! “You watch your @$$!”

Admiral Hyman G. Rickover (1900 – 1986), once the Navy’s Chief Nuclear Officer, who served under 13 U.S. presidents:

“A President will never hear the truth again. Everybody in high places stands in a room full of mirrors and sees himself multiplied by servile reflections. The Oval Office can easily become such a room.

“The United States, through Congress and through some Government officials, is being influenced by big business to a greater extent than ever before in our history. This is done through extensive and increasing lobbying, and by various types of contributions and campaign funds. It is important that appropriate legislation be enacted to limit this.

“Those at the head of Government departments, and their subordinates, can reach fantastic heights of hallucination. They have been encouraged by the almost universal acquiescence of ordinary people, whose penchant for self-deception is great and deep. Government officials and military officers — particularly the higher ones — are prone to vocation inflation and self-deception.”

Hyman G. Rickover, “Thoughts on the Presidency,” New York Times, February 21, 1982

A room full of Eddie Haskells. “And may I say, Mr. Cleaver, that I wish I looked as sharp as you do in a suit and tie.”

Even the president of North Korea thinks Trumpee is over the top. How insecure do you have to be?

All that sucking up by grown and (supposedly ?) successful men is the saddest thing yet to come out of the White house. I guess, if you have no morel values having no shame comes naturally.

One of the most shameful examples of sycophancy I have ever watched. I can’t even imagine how they could go home and face their family and friends after that sad-fest. The worst part I thought was that they were all obviously reading from a script, probably supplied by the Orange Orangutan and cohorts.

Should we laugh that Rodman is cheating on the Cheeto with another dictator?

If Rodman brokers world peace maybe he should run for president.
