I can’t understand why anyone would dislike beats.
They are sooo sweet.
I tasted them once,no more,no thanks,but to each his own. :)
Why “Please don’t”? Doesn’t he want to like things?
My husband loathes beets. He flat will not eat them. But I’m the same way with mushrooms.
I didn’t like beets for my first 48 years, but I retry stuff I don’t like every five or six years. Had a bit of my dining table neighbor’s fresh beet salad at a Polish restaurant and it changed my mind. Still not fond of the canned ones though.
