MAYBE you shouldn’t have opened it, Rita?! Try ‘No, I should not have opened it, and I will always listen to your advice in the future, Dana!" She won’t, of course, since doing so would eliminate a great deal of the humor in this strip.

The artwork here is truly amazing, Scott; excellent job drawing the nameless void and the damage to the building. And this scenario was a great idea, John. After all, we’ve all opened things we shouldn’t have at least once, though not with these quite impressive consequences. Having Rita drop her water bottle is a nice touch, too.

I can really suck when it opens a vortex.
