Last night got a little hairy in some places around the state. A house in Addison, VT was flipped over onto it’s roof with the owner and her dog inside, she was unhurt and in fairly good spirits. There was a photo shown on the news taken in East Albany (just over the hill) of a tree across the road.
Supposed to get up to 67 today. Hooray! This cold front was a wicked one. We always get one this time of year, and one more in June. But this year, we’ll be on the road most of June.
Today is our oldest’s birthday…..52 today! Egads! He plans to take his boat out to the ocean for the weekend with a few of his buds. Does this every year, and sometimes they even catch a bunch of fish.
Today’s temperature will be about the same as the past few. Yesterday did get very windy for a while, but for the most part it was a beautiful day. It got cold again last night – mid 50’s, enough to make me put my sweats on this morning.
Yesterday ended up being one of those days when I couldn’t bring myself to do anything except read a book. It felt good to “goof off” for a day. Michael is working at home today, so I will go back to the house and try to get some more packing done.
Pinto has rediscovered the joys of taking a walk around the campground in the early morning. He stays with Michael and meows at him until the harness and leash come out. He doesn’t want me to go with him, just Michael. Today they had a kamikaze hummingbird that was probably trying to keep the cat away from her nest.
Everyone have a blessed day, especially you David. My prayers are with you.

The good news is, we still have the power on.
It’s cooled off and feels nice this morning.
Have fun Vagabonds
