They know full well how they got here. The refused to keep him out of the primaries, and the trash class they’d cultivated for 30 years voted for this idiot, partly out of sheer desperation, and partly because they saw their own crudeness, racism, and misogyny in him. What we see here is the total hypocrisy of the “GOP”. They tell us for 70 years to be afraid, very afraid, of Russia. Now they won’t speak up because the idiot who will turn the country over exclusively to the billionaire class, is doing what they want him to do. They have betrayed everyone who isn’t rich in this country.

The GOP has reaped what they have sowed—- Barry Goldwater said way back if the far right Christan wing takes over it would be a mess! And it is.

For some 40 years you cultivated the idea government was bad and couldn’t be trusted in order to take over the government. Now, you have fascistic anarchist running your country and the party. You wanted a kleptocracy and now you got one.

You got sucked in.. now man up and enjoy the spiral to doom

Time to stand up and be counted. Not that they will, lacking the spines to do so, or the morals to accept what they have done. They have handed America to Putin to do with what he will, for their own selfish reasons and due to their arrogant assumption that they could take advantage of Trump to enact their own oligarchical ambitions.

Pence is scarier. He through the Carrier Industry under the bus. He also was going to kick in $7 billion to keep them here, even Palin called that “crony capitalism”, but when #45 laughingly said something about it being just a campaign promise, Pence didn’t say a word, didn’t stand up for his home state. Plus, he would love this to be a theocracies.

All they cared about was having a win. It doesn’t matter who is riding that elephant if they are winning. They’ll believe anything and follow anyone if it means they can “win”

At the end of the ride, the elephant was inside, and the smile on the face of the bear.

I fear the darkest possibility is Putin instructing Trump on how to go about declaring martial law and instituting a two-headed fascist authoritarian state.

Not “Stop Russia Hacking,” but “Stop Russia Hacking Probe.” Dick Nixon could give these guys some hard-won wisdom about cover-ups.
