I think something like “glue” might have been a better choice.
At that age poo is an object of amusement and affection, so the poem could work.Since it is an emoji created and used by adults (young adults) it’s clearly amusing at many ages.

Perhaps you should have tried an eye emoji, then a heart, and um…wait. my plan has a serious flaw.
