I’ve found that being generally honest and genial allows me to ignore most of these conundrums without fear.

Poncho those are questions everyone asks at some time or other. There are no easy answers.

If Poncho drives even the heavenly hosts crazy, heaven help Chaz…

The Universe is going to put a block on Poncho’s calls.

Anyway, we don’t want no Philosophy 450 here. This is a comic strip where we like things to go BAM! and CRUNCH! Go chase a squirrel, Poncho!

See, dogs are so stupid. Otherwise they’d just figure out that if Poncho just goes back to being his normal self – because he doesn’t give a rat’s patootie about the universe – then he’s not sparing the universe out of kindness, he’s doing it out of selfishness.

Right, Awgie…. I was just coming in here to ask why Poncho cares about any of that…

He’s already got carte blanche to go back to being a jerk…. so he won’t be performing any acts of kindness for the right or wrong reasons…. and especially not to feel good about himself.

The only thing I could think of is that maybe he’s worried about accidentally doing something nice, even though his motives are selfish, and having it throw the universe off balance again….

But that hasn’t happened before so why let such an outside chance worry him now.

I can’t see it keeping him awake at night.

It was therefore it is……Poncho go grab a car bumper and hang on again…..think about it

Yes, Universe, he is an exhausting little dog. But, we love him………………………………………I was waiting for a lightening strike.
