I’m back!!! What a great trip! I was busy just about every minute! The baby shower was lots of fun and I was so glad to be with the family again. I was chauffeured around like royalty. Such fun. Rained heavily the day I left, flights were delayed and the Lindbergh Field was “turned around” because of the heavy winds, so that caused extra delays. But, I’m home and lovin’ it! (even though it’s cold).
Our daughter is doing great. Her doctor did put her on insulin pills. The were afraid the baby would be addicted to sugar at birth. But, with the diabetic diet and watching the carbs, she is doing great. They know it’s going to be 9 to 9 1/2 pound baby, so they are considering a C-section. All around, it would be less stress for the baby. I’ll keep you posted.
Oh, never been to New Orleans……..I honestly don’t think I’d like to go…..too crowded.

Howdy Vagabonds
The weather report is crazy this week, predicted temps today 49 degrees, tomorrow 62, Thursday 32. I think I’m getting a headache.
Fat Tuesday today and I still haven’t gotten to New Orleans, maybe someday.
Y’all have a good Fat Tuesday and I’ll catch you tomorrow.

Morning, Village!
.
I’ve been to New Orleans several times and hated it every time. I’ll probably never go back.

Good morning, Vagabonds.
Fat Tuesday indeed. (Mardi is Tuesday, Gras is fat) Tomorrow lent begins. A time for reflection and devotion.
It is my usual busy Tuesday and I am already late to the church for prayer.
Everyone have a blessed day.
