Janis…Repeat after me…“No Regrets.”….“No Regrets”. Enjoy the meal afterwards, too! Just go to bed feeling like a python that just ate a pig….Enjoy it. Change tomorrow maybe…Until then, though, no regrets…There is only enjoy……….

The problem is when you are dating, you don’t eat a lot. Once you are married, you tend to go out to eat rather than as a date.

The body has a finite amount of blood. If you eat the blood goes to your digestive organs which it is better than doing something else to where the blood would be needed at the same time.
