Actions speak louder than words. If the Trump vs Congress vs middle class actually works out in some unpredictable way to help the neglected middle class that would be great, but based on the sentiment around the world, it seems improbable.
Trump and Republicans will make America great again by making sure those who aren’t like them do not see power again for a very long time. They would prefer separate drinking fountains, but one battle at a time. First get rid of ethics, then healthcare, then we can remove all those pesky voting rights for blacks. Seeing they still come out regardless of the right-wing gerrymandering and playing with the voting areas.
Trump responding to Lewis’ idiotic comments does not in no way symbolize a beat down of an African American. Nor has Trump advocated for the beat down of African Americans. Morin took this way over the top.
Morin has absolutely no idea what real difficulties and hard times are like. There’s no way Trump’s actions or words can be likened to the hardships experienced by blacks decades ago. Like a lot of Morin’s cartoons, this also is moronic. As #45 would say, Sad, so sad.
