    Neat writing style, though.

Since the comics changed, the number of comments seems to have gone from a lot to the ‘some to none’ stage. Have former readers left the scene?

Well, “new and improved” or not, I can’t see half the comics.

The stopping will happen at some point, perhaps suddenly.

I like the new site (no Ads) so far I’ve had no problems. Sometimes it just takes getting used to.

as someone else mentioned one day, it’s nice that the replies are right beneath the comment and i don’t have to go searching for the context (used to scroll up and down all the time)

I’m reminded of my years working in newspapers when I read the comments here complaining about the redesign of Gocomics. In every newspaper I worked, whenever there was redesign of the paper, we’d be innundated with mail from readers saying “they can’t read it anymore”…even though the type had been increased! Whether its newspapers or websites, we’re creatures of habit. When there’s a change, it’s confusing and disconcerting, but over time we get used to it. Personally, I’ve found it to be a good improvement, as the cartoons are much larger and easier to read, and the comments section is in line with others around the internet, where you can follow a thread.

After 22 years on ski patrol, the tracks leading up to the tree well are often “interesting”! BTW; best to start beginners without poles until they learn to control the skis, and pick their runs appropriate to skill level. Amazing how many beginners want to head immediately for the double black diamonds!

There is something about sliding down hill on a pair of boards at 70 mph and totally out of control that terrifies me.
