If I remember correctly, that would normally be the nunchaku/kusarigama-wielding Michaelangelo, AKA orange-bandanna’d Mikey.

Leonardo was blue, Michelangelo was orange, Rafael was red and Donatello was purple. You would not believe how I remember that…..
