Underwear and/or pajamas IMO are not for SLEEPING. Underwear and/or pajamas are for lounging around the house in the evenings before bedtime. I sleep in my birthday suit.

In the Summer here, my underwear is indeed my preferred type of “pajama”… but being in a colder climate, my Spring, Fall, and Winter “pajamas” are traditional men’s flannel pajamas.

Do you live in a warmer climate? My husband prefers underwear but sometimes here it does get cold (for Florida) & he’ll put on pajamas.
