We are all ignorant of most of the universe.

We can cure much specific ignorance but will still be ignorant of most of the universe.

IMVPO most of the ignorance of the young can be found in the fact that K-12 public schools teach very little of the history of the latter half of 20th century and the massive amount of misinformation false news and outright lies found on the internets + older folks failing to put context around comments when talking to their grandkids

The kids are practicing revisionist history like they are being taught in school.
