Edgar and Janice must live down wind of the DNC convention center.

Edgar had been feeling a little down for the last few days, but Janice knew just the way to cheer him up.

Lucky man! They must be cleaning up after the kids’ party next-door on the second floor.

    Well, wherever they’re coming from…..

and who knows…. maybe he set it up hiimself…

    Edgar is obviously delighted.

I’ve always heard that the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach…

Maybe a huge cloud of balloons is an alternate path.

I know I was happy with all the balloons in the Tiki from X-Tech’s card on my birthday…..

Not really a drop but a huge cloud nonetheless.

    BTW… Dennis…

Yes, the bitter apple spray that the Linguist was talking about can also be sprayed directly on the animals….

I learned about it as a hot spot “cure.”

It doesn’t really heal anything, on its own…

but it keeps the dog or cat (or ferret or maybe zebra…. ask Ling) from chewing on it

    so that it can heal.

You can also put it on plants, slippers, or anything you don’t want chewed…

even your own toes, if you have a biting puppy.

No harm to the animal but a very bitter taste…

and once they’ve tasted something a time or two and found it quite unpleasant,

they usually don’t keep coming back for more.

The only thing you might have to spray repeatedly is their own wounds or bandages, as the itching or other annoyance may drive them to try again.

It works really well for most animals…

I did happen to own one of the only 14 (approximately) dogs in the whole world who didn’t mind the taste.

    @DennisinSeattle

    .

    Dennis,

    .

Sorry, I had to cut my comment short, Got caught…er…called to give Palucci a doggie bath…

Meant to mention that if you’d like a more in depth answer and possible recommendations for solutions on your pet family’s allergies etc. you can email me at Linguist1945@gmail.com and I will reply on Monday morning.

    .

I am going off the grid ( literally ) for the weekend. My galleon The Irish Rover® has wi-fi, lo-fi, and Spanish-fi but our little caso de campo doesn’t even have running water, yet ! But it does have peace and quiet – no noise, no phone, no tv, no internet, no nada but a couple of great hammocks, a big comfortable bed.

Happy, I like both bunnies. The second one looks fluffier, somehow. Cute.
