At the hospital where I worked, some of the staff played something called the Word Disassociation Game. You sat in a ring, clapping your hands, and somebody said a word and then the next person in the ring had to think, fast, or a word which was not in any way associated with the word said by the previous person. If anybody could think of a way, however tenuous, in which the two words were connected, and say it before the next person said their word, then the person who had said the word which was connected to the previous word got thrown out, or lost points, I forget which.
