Put aside that Trump is incredibly wealthy, how many people would want a son of theirs acting so crassly in public? (Please don’t make me sorry I asked.)

Reid Congratulates GOP For Eight Years Obstructing The First Black PresidentTheir reward is a Frankenstein’s monster named Donald Trump.

With Congress set to flee town until after the November elections, Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) took to the Senate floor Thursday to mark a milestone of sorts: eight years of obstructing and insulting the nation’s first black president.

“As this Republican Congress heads for yet another un-earned recess, I feel compelled to comment on how Republicans have treated the president of the United States,” Reid said.

“History will look back and note that Republicans in Congress treated President Obama with unprecedented disrespect,” Reid said, arguing that soon after Obama was elected, the GOP set out to make him a one-term president and obstruct anything he did.

Reid checked off a list that included Obama also being the first president to be denied a hearing on a Supreme Court nominee, the first to be denied a hearing on his budget, and the first to be asked to show his birth certificate. Obama faced more than 500 filibusters in the Senate, Reid added.

“No one expected them to agree with everything he did ― but America deserved better than the way Republicans behaved toward President Obama,” Reid said.

The soon-to-retire Democratic leader also argued that the shabby treatment of Obama is part of why the GOP is saddled with Donald Trump as its presidential nominee.

“The only thing Republicans have truly done this year was to prove that they are the party of Trump,” Reid said. “Republicans would have us all believe that Trump just fell out of the sky, and somehow mysteriously became the nominee of their party.

“But that is not how it is,” Reid said. “Trump is no anomaly. He is the monster that Republicans built. He is their Frankenstein’s monster. They own him.”

You want to drug test welfare recipients so they can almost feed themselves and live in a shack. but you let this guy run rampant and funnel all the money in the GOP coffers to his companies and children. Maybe you should have vetted this guy a little first?

Looked like a guy who just did a couple lines of blow to me.Donald got his personal helicopter and the one for his casinos from a convicted felon who turned out to be a major drug (COCAINE) trafficker, and instead of cutting ties with this guy, he kept him on, he rented him an apartment under very unusual circumstances as I described in the book,” Johnston said. “He wrote a letter pleading for mercy for him, saying he was a standup guy. The guy got 18 months while the people who actually delivered the drugs for him got 20 years. And, by the way, the case came before at one point Judge Maryanne Trump Barry — Donald’s older sister.” Donald Trump biographer David Cay Johnston

Trump is the GOP’s ‘tell’ — a man of pure projection.I did see on TV that there really was something wrong with his mike, but it wasn’t affecting what we heard on TV, alas. Anyway, from now on, I’ll consider the option of entertaining the possibility of believing what he says about whether or not a specific microphone is working.

A Trump supporter looks at Hillary and says, “This reminds me of my first grade teacher who made me do my homework, learn my letters, how to read, and do elementary math. I hated her then, and I hate her now.” The Trump supporter looks at Donald and says this is the rich guy that I could have been if that first grade teacher didn’t make me do all that work. To get even with that [insert b-word] I am going to vote for Trump." Who will get the last laugh?

Mr Trump has asked America to look at a sex tape.

On his Android phone, Donald J. Trump began to tap out bursts of digital fury: He mocked Alicia Machado, a former Miss Universe and a popular Latin American actress, as a “con,” the “worst” and “disgusting.”

In a final flourish, before the sun came up, the Republican presidential nominee claimed — without offering any evidence — that she had appeared in a “sex tape.”

ZuhlamonYou still believe in the doctrine of innocent until proved guilty beyond all reasonable doubt, just because it has been the basis of our legal code since June 1215. That’s not the way it really is under our Republican Congress, Republican Courts, and Republican press, quite the opposite. Rumor is fact and fact is irrelevant. Greetings in the name of Victory (or however the original German translates).
