Phantom Diana’s kidnapper was the Cobra, which is why he is in that pen in a native village and everyone else thinks he’s dead. Eric Sahara was introduced as the resident villain of this strip after the Cobra was incarcerated.

Family Circus Today Billy’s football team is dividing up into the Republicans vs. the Democrats. Wouldn’t it be nice if all of our elections were so easy to resolve. The mud slinging would be actual mud….
